Cake worked for Motorola for over 6 years in experiential marketing, PR and digital communications.
In May 2009, Cake launched, developed and began to manage Motorola’s day to day social networking presences and communications, specifically designing and producing the Motorola Facebook page and Twitter feed.
Motorola activated a partnership with the ingeniously monikered NFL star Chad Ocho Cinco, creating a digital network that replaced reporters with athletes. It’s better than it sounds, we promise.
Cake also managed an OCNN digital content partnership with College Humor and hosted an OCNN tailgate and after-party at a Cincinnati Bengals game, which drew 1850+ very rowdy attendees.
Cake’s work for Motorola in social media which spanned many more bespoke initiatives, generated over 10.5MM impressions and lifted the brand to one of the top 50 ‘most mentioned’ with a solid reputation as one to watch in social media. Not a bad days work if we do say so ourselves.
